This notice explains how the Driftwell leadership simulation handles information.

What we collect

As you use the simulation, we record anonymous progress events, your selected character, decision number, scores, ending, campaign parameters, placement, and the domain that referred you. A random session identifier helps us understand the journey without asking who you are. We do not store the text of your individual choices with your email address.

If you unlock the debrief, we collect your email address, optional first name, marketing-consent choice, character, scores, and ending. If you share feedback, we also collect your ratings and optional comments.

How we use it

We use this information to provide your debrief, operate and protect the simulation, understand where participants stop or continue, improve Driftwell, and measure interest in Reclaim the Plot. We send book or Driftwell marketing updates only when you select the optional consent checkbox.

What appears publicly

The public scoreboard shows only anonymous, aggregated character results. Your name, email, individual decisions, individual scores, session activity, and feedback are not displayed publicly.

Where it is stored

Simulation, lead, and feedback information is stored in the simulation database. When you submit the debrief form, we also send your email address, optional first name, and a summary of your result to HubSpot, our customer-relationship platform. HubSpot should not be used to send marketing unless you opted in. You can review HubSpot’s privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

We retain identifiable simulation lead and feedback records for up to 24 months after your most recent interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a longer period is required for legal or security reasons. Anonymous aggregate results may be retained longer. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, and you may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
